At VOITED, your gear should roam far and last long. That’s why we back it with a 365-day guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship—covering everything from blankets to footwear and apparel. When a defect shows up under normal use, we’ll repair or replace your item. 


What exactly is covered?

Manufacturing and material defects under fair, intended use. Examples: faulty stitching, broken snaps/zips, delamination—issues that occur despite proper care. If approved, we’ll repair or replace the product. 

What isn’t covered ?

  • Normal wear & tear, cosmetic changes, or aging

  • Damage from misuse/neglect, chemicals, extreme abrasion, third-party alterations

  • Use outside the product’s purpose (e.g., slippers used for hiking on rocky ground)

  • Product-specific notes: blankets & changewear are water-resistant, not fully waterproof; slippers are for indoor/outdoor casual use—not for sports/hiking. 



Who’s eligible?

  • Purchases directly from VOITED: claim with us.

  • Purchases via an authorized reseller: start your claim with the seller and follow their process; we’ll help with guidance if needed.


How do I submit a claim? (What we need)

Please email [email protected] with:

  1. Photos of the entire front and back of the item

  2. Close-ups of the specific issue

  3. Photo of the product code label

  4. Proof of purchase (receipt or VOITED order confirmation)

Timing: Please allow 5 business days for our team to review your claim and get back to you. We may request additional photos or details. (Claims without proof of purchase can’t be processed.)


What happens next?

  • We review your submission and confirm whether it’s covered by the guarantee.

  • If we need to inspect the item, we’ll share instructions by email.

  • Approved claims lead to a repair or replacement—our goal is to get you back out there, fast.


How is this different from 30-day returns?

Change of mind? You can return unused items within 30 days for a refund (see Refund Policy for conditions and shipping). That’s separate from quality claims, which are aimed at repair/replacement for defects.
