This reflects your statutory rights as a consumer: a legal guarantee of at least two years from delivery. If a defect appears under normal use, we&apos;ll repair or replace your item. <hr><h2 id="what-does-the-guarantee-cover">What does the guarantee cover?</h2>Manufacturing and material defects under fair, intended use &#x2014; for example, faulty stitching, broken snaps or zips, or delamination, where the issue occurs despite proper care. If we need to inspect the item, we&apos;ll email you instructions. Always check the care label on your item first, as details can vary by product. <hr><h2 id="how-do-i-wash-my-voited-gear">How do I wash my VOITED gear?</h2>Most VOITED blankets and apparel are machine washable at 30&#xB0;C on a gentle cycle. Use minimal detergent &#x2014; too much leaves a residue that dulls the water- and stain-resistant finish &#x2014; and skip fabric softener and bleach, which break down the water-repellent coating.&#xA0;To catch microfibres and protect the fabric, we recommend washing inside a GUPPYFRIEND Washing Bag. <hr><h2 id="can-i-tumble-dry-it">Can I tumble dry it?</h2>Best not to &#x2014; air dry instead. Tumble drying can damage blankets and insulation, so lay the item flat or hang it to dry, away from direct heat. <hr><h2 id="how-do-i-keep-the-water-repellency-working">How do I keep the water-repellency working?</h2>VOITED&apos;s water-repellent items use a fluorine-free DWR finish (such as Bionic Finish&#xAE; Eco). Over time &#x2014; through use, washing and everyday dirt &#x2014; water stops beading and starts soaking in. When that happens, re-proof the item with a technical wash-in or spray-on water-repellent treatment, following the product&apos;s instructions. Keeping the fabric clean helps the finish last longer, too.<blockquote data-sourcepos="43:1-43:245;2257-2501">A quick note:&#xA0;blankets and changewear are water-resistant, not fully waterproof &#x2014; re-proofing refreshes that resistance rather than making them waterproof.</blockquote> <hr><h2 id="how-should-i-care-for-my-footwear">How should I care for my footwear?</h2>Spot-clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then air dry away from direct heat &#x2014; radiators or strong sun can warp or stiffen the materials. Let them dry fully before the next wear, and check the care guidance for your specific pair. <hr><h2 id="how-should-i-store-my-gear">How should I store my gear?</h2><ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">Make sure everything is clean and completely dry before storing &#x2014; damp storage leads to odours and mildew.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">For insulated items (blankets, the Slumber Jacket), store them loosely rather than tightly compressed for long periods, so the insulation keeps its loft.
