Every fabric is chosen for the job it has to do:</p><ul><li><strong>CloudTouch&#xAE;</strong> &#x2014; plush, warm and indulgent, for comfort-first nights outdoors.</li><li><strong>Ripstop</strong> &#x2014; recycled REPREVE&#xAE; Ripstop with a water-repellent Bionic Finish&#xAE;Eco coating; rugged, lightweight and built for unpredictable weather.</li><li><strong>Fleece</strong> &#x2014; a moisture-wicking, quick-dry microfibre lining that adapts as conditions change.</li><li><strong>Waffle Fleece</strong> &#x2014; quick-drying and absorbent, made for life around water.</li><li><strong>Micro Fleece</strong> &#x2014; fast-drying and towel-like, for active days and recovery.</li></ul><p><br></p><hr><h2 id="are-your-materials-safe-and-responsibly-made">Are your materials safe and responsibly made?</h2><p>Yes. We use Bluesign&#xAE;-certified components, avoid harmful coatings, and keep our water-repellent finishes PFC-free. Our recycled content is independently traced and tested too &#x2014; so when we say recycled, it&apos;s verified, not a label we&apos;ve given ourselves. You can see exactly which standards we hold in <em>Sustainability &amp; Impact</em>.</p><p><br></p><hr><h2 id="are-your-products-vegan">Are your products vegan?</h2><p>Yes &#x2014; our fabrics are built from recycled polyester, with no down, no wool and no animal-derived materials. The warmth and softness come from technical synthetics, not from animals. For any specific item, the full material make-up is listed on its product page.</p><p><br></p><hr><h2 id="where-are-voited-products-made">Where are VOITED products made?</h2><p>VOITED is a German company, based in Munich.&#xA0;</p><p>Our gear is made by partners around the world &#x2014; and wherever it&apos;s made, it&apos;s held to the same standards: traceable recycled content, harmful-substance testing and certified, responsible production. The full list is set out in <em>Sustainability &amp; Impact</em> under Certification &amp; Transparency.</p><p><br></p><hr><h2 id="how-do-i-make-my-gear-last-longer">How do I make my gear last longer?</h2><p>The most sustainable product is the one you don&apos;t replace. So we build for endurance &#x2014; and if something goes wrong, we&apos;d rather repair or replace it than see it thrown away. Most VOITED textiles are machine washable at 30&#xB0;C &#x2014; minimal detergent, no tumble drying &#x2014; and our water-repellent finishes can be re-proofed to extend their life. At sea, we fund plastic recovery with <strong>CleanHub</strong> across coastal communities in Tanzania, India and Indonesia.
