Who is eligible for the rewards program?  

Our rewards program is available to all customers. Business accounts are not eligible for participation. We reserve the right to remove customers from the program at our discretion due to unreasonable behaviour. In this case a customer would not be eligible for future enrolment.

Can referral credits be redeemed for cash?  

No, referral credits are only redeemable for store purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Can I share my referral credits?  

Yes, you can share your referral link with friends and family. They’ll receive a discount, and you’ll earn cash back when they make a qualifying purchase.

Can I use my rewards on sale items?  

Referral discount codes apply only to full-priced items and cannot be used on sale or promotional items. But you can use Store Credits on any items in the VOITED store.

What happens to my credit if me or someone I refer returns the order for a refund?

In this case any store credits or cash back will be removed from the account. You only earn for completed purchases that are not returned.

System abuse

No abuse of the system will be tolerated, we are providing these referral incentives to customers in good faith.  Each customer should have a single Rewards account, those found to have multiple accounts will be removed from the system. 

In the event that an order using a referral link is refunded then any commission earned for that order will be deducted from their account. 

It is advised that you wait for 30 days before spending commission earned from an order in case there is a refund. 

In the event that there is a not enough balance in your account in the case of a refunded order, then the commissions earned will be deducted from the refund total.
