You only earn for completed purchases that are not returned.</p><p><br></p><h2 id="system-abuse">System abuse</h2><p id="isPasted">No abuse of the system will be tolerated, we are providing these referral incentives to customers in good faith. &#xA0;Each customer should have a single Rewards account, those found to have multiple accounts will be removed from the system.&#xA0;</p><p>In the event that an order using a referral link is refunded then any commission earned for that order will be deducted from their account.&#xA0;</p><p>It is advised that you wait for 30 days before spending commission earned from an order in case there is a refund.&#xA0;</p><p>In the event that there is a not enough balance in your account in the case of a refunded order, then the commissions earned will be deducted from the refund total.</p>
